We have 2 open POSTDOC positions at INL - International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory in Portugal in the "Ultrafast Bio- and Nanophotonics" group in the area of bioimaging and photonic sensing methodology development and application!

Position 1) NearField Effects for Sensing and Bioimaging

Position 2) Optically Detected Magnetic Resonance (ODMR) setup development for Intracellular Magnetic Field and Temperature sensing using NV centers in nanaodiamonds

Both positions come with an employment contract over a period of 2 1/2 years at the international organization INL located in Braga and founded by the governments of Spain and Portugal. We are highly international and interdisciplinary.
In both projects physicists, and engineers work together with cell biologists or experts from the life sciences.
We are looking forward receiving eligible applications from highly motivated candidates with international publication track record and hands-on (optics) laboratory experience till 13. August 2018!
