I have a postdoctoral position open in my lab at Imperial College London which I thought may be of interest to some of you: making reconfigurable optical filters out of high-speed photorefractive polymers. My ideal candidate would be someone who can build an interferometer but also synthesise a polymer, but given that's pretty unlikely, I'm open to people with backgrounds in either discipline.
