To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=confocalmicroscopy ***** Dear list, This may be a little bit away from the confocal topics, but here seems the best place to find a solution. I am trying to merge a Leica DM IRBE to the confocal microscope I built by myself. The scope itself has an internal motor to do focusing. My question is how I can get a control from my own software on that stage. I read about that Leica has a DM SDK available, but couldn't find any document for programming. Has anyone have any experience of using that SDK? Any solutions or suggestions are appreciated. Tong Ye, Ph.D. Assistant Professor Tech. They seem to have support for the Leica DM series. I am trying to figure out if I can use the drivers from Matlab. Best wishes, Tong On Tue, Apr 3, 2012 at 2:24 PM, Csúcs Gábor <[hidden email]> wrote: > ***** > To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to: > http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=confocalmicroscopy > ***** > > Dear Tong Ye, > > I'd take a look at the Micromanager (www.micro-manager.org). we are interested in MATLAB/CUDA code for PALM/SIM/STORM/RES
***** To join, leave or search the confocal microscopy listserv, go to: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?A0=confocalmicroscopy ***** Dear All, we are interested in MATLAB/CUDA code for PALM/SIM/STORM/RESOLFT, etc. data processing. Is there any commercial and/or 3rd party software/code that could optimally split the jobs between multi-CPUs and 2+ GPUs for intensive image processing jobs? I have also heard of an open source (GraspJ). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Vitaly Vitaly Boyko, Ph.D. Germantown, MD 20874 301-515-7833 |
