Quantitative Imaging Cytometry Seminar--December 6 in Durham NC

There will be a seminar entitled “Quantitative Imaging Cytometry in Biomedical Research, Drug Discovery and Biomarker Development," to be held at Duke University on Thursday, December 6.  The presentations include:

 

·   “Potential Mechanisms for the Generation of Chromosome Aneuploidy in Human Cancer” – John M. Lehman, Professor, Brody School of Medicine, East Carolina University, Greenville, NC

·   “Quantitative Imaging Cytometry Applications in Pre-Clinical Drug Development” – David Krull, GlaxoSmithKline Safety Assessment, Research Triangle Park, NC

·   “Laser Scanning Cytometry Technology for Life Sciences, Drug Discovery and Research Pathology”

 

There will also be an opportunity for a virtual demonstration of the iCys® Research Imaging Cytometer.

 

The meeting will take place in the Hock Plaza auditorium, at 2424 Erwin Road, Durham, NC, on the Duke University Medical Campus.  The meeting and demonstration are free of charge; however, you must register in advance if you wish to attend.  You may register online at www.compucyte.com.
