Hello everyone,
We are trying to write a text file through Zen 2011's visual macro
editor (VME) during custom acquisition, but unable to figure out how
to call custom procedure though VME. The microscope is Zeiss LSM 780.
We have a variable in the visual macro editor that gets updated during
acquisition and needs to be written to text file. Amitabh wrote a VBA
macro to write to a text file. It works fine when called from Macro...
interface of Zen and the function that does the writing can also be
added as a menu to Zen interface.
But, we cannot associate the VBA function to a Sub Macro block of
visual macro editor. After we set the File Name to the macro file, the
list for Procedure is not populated by functions written in the macro.
