The Imaging department at the Allen Institute for Brain Science hiring a
Research Associate I or II. The ideal candidate would have experience with
confocal microscopy and/or image analysis in ImageJ or Python. A BS or MS
in a relevant discipline with 0-2 years of experience is required.
The Imaging department handles all *in vivo* imaging for Allen Institute
for Brain Science production projects. This team handles brightfield and
one- and two-photon fluorescence services for the Institute with throughput
of nearly 10,000 samples a year.
Position is funded as a part of an NIH BRAIN grant through 2022.
