Please, check the image of the link below and you will see the button you should reset. It can happen sometimes. Anyway, you should always wait some time after switching on the system and opening the software.

The picture really helps!

 

We put the main controller in a very weired way. This side is facing the wall and kind of hidden from me!

 

I found the reset button after dragging the whole unit out and reset it before reopened the software.

 

So everything is working now!
