I'd like to draw your attention to a conference in March. The 2012
BioMedicine in 4D conference, “Integrated –omics and systems microscopy:
Turning images and models into therapeutic targets”, will be held March 21 –
24 at OHSU. Sessions include topics in systems biology, developments in
microscopy, and translational research. Confirmed speakers include Manfred
Auer, Chandra Bajaj, Eric Barklis, Jim DeYoreo, Brian Druker, Hanna
El-Samad, Bob Glaeser, Joe Gray, Jay Groves, Trey Ideker, Jan Liphardt, John
Miao, Garry Nolan, Dave Piston, Dave Piwnica-Worms, Jeff Price, Stephen
Quake, Peter Sorger, Paul Spellman, Charlie Springer, Josh Stuart, Sriram
Subramaniam, Lans Taylor, Tania Vu, and Peter Weber. Brian Druker will give
the keynote address. The conference is free, but there is a nominal
