Hello to all and thank you for answering the question. We had 100 answers which was our goal to consider the results representative.

The results mainly concerns University/Public facilities as they were 85% of the survey answers.

So :
11% of people declared to neither have access to internet nor a central server from the microscopes computer (so 89% have access to either one or the other)
78% of people declared to have access to internet from the microscopes computer.
70% of people declared to have access to a central server from the microscopes computer.
59% of people declared to have access to both internet and a central server from the microscopes computer.
Then :
79% of people that have access to internet also have access to a central server from the microscopes computer.
85% of people that have access to a central server also have access to internet from the microscopes computer.

So the conclusion is the following :
Almost all microscopes in University/Public facilities have a network access, to either a central server or internet, the majority to both.
When there is a network connection, internet is most likely to be available (88%).
