These studies will involve the use of atomic force microscope (AFM) combined with total internal reflection fluorescence (TIRF) and spinning-disk confocal microscopy. The successful candidate should have experience/training in optical imaging methods, and prior experience with cell cultures, transfections, cell staining and molecular biology. Prior experience with AFM is a plus. The laboratory is housed in the new Medical Research and Education Building II on College Station/Bryan campus.
