Does anyone know of any Calcium cages that release at 405nm, and would work with the Olympus FV1000 SIM unit? Thanks.

Hi Allan,

We have successfully uncaged caged-IP3 using the 405 line
on an LSM510.  Check if the chemistry is similar on the
caged-Ca should work.
