Dear Glenn,
For generating data of best quality with the Miltenyi Biotecs UltraMicroscope it is very important that the imaging chambers fulfill certain standards. If you would like to insert another imaging chamber please check that the angle between the light sheets and the chamber is exactly at 90°. If this is not the case your data stack will show impaired image quality.
In case you have a certain application in mind, please let me know and we can check togehter what kind of solution is feasible.
