As Michael said, an OPO pumped by a femtosecond Titanium Sapphire laser will get you at the right wavelength and provide a tuning range between 340 and 1600 nm. Coherent products (Chameleon Ultra II and Chameleon Compact OPO) are described in http://www.coherent.com/products/?1557/Chameleon-Family

If a wavelength of 530-540 nm would still work for you, a simpler and cost-effective option is to use a Chameleon Ti:S laser and a Second Harmonic Generation unit. Chameleon provides a tuning range of 680 to 1080 nm and the SHG unit will extend it to 340-540 nm. The SHG unit is described in http://www.coherent.com/Products/?936/Harmonic-Generator.
