Hi All,
If anyone wants to quantitatively compare epi light sources, I would be willing to
loan you a custom CaliCube (without a 400nm long pass cut off filter) so you can
capture an image of these light sources as they are seen from within the
microscope. You can use your own excitation filter in the CaliCube to see how
each light source performs with your exact filters. Additionally the CaliCube
image provides a complete picture of the many overlooked contributions to
fluorescence performance which include microscope defects, user errors, coupler
performance and/or liquid light guide performance. If you are interested, please
