Thanks Christophe,

Daniel et al ... See also related articles such as, PubMed 21311807,
20121094.

Just about all papers co-authored by Stefan Hell can be downloaded from
his lab's web site:

http://www.mpibpc.mpg.de/groups/hell/publications/publications.html

Vicidomini et al 2011 time gating g-STED is (for now) the second
reference in 2011 (g-STED has also been published as FLIM STED by other
labs). His lab is falling behind in their web site - search PubMed (Hell
SW) for more recent stuff like Urban et al; Wurm et al, Grotjohann et al.

For more fun reading, google searches such as     STED dissertation
Hell        turn up several PhD dissertations that (to my knowledge) are
not available from the Hell lab site.

Reuss (3D-EasySTED/g-STED):
http://archiv.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/volltextserver/volltexte/2011/11539/pdf/Reuss_Dissertation.pdf

Engler (adaptive elements):
http://archiv.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/volltextserver/volltexte/2009/9941/pdf/AndreasEnglerDissertationOpt.pdf

Giske (cryoSTED):
http://archiv.ub.uni-heidelberg.de/volltextserver/volltexte/2008/7969/pdf/CryoSTED_microscopy_PhDThesis_agiske.pdf

Google searches also turn up other fun reading, such as Deep STED (see
also Urban et al 2011 Biophys J through PubMed):

http://www.biop.dk/Documents/Berning_summary%20summerschool%20ven.pdf

Lastly, a very fun read is:

1.

A STED-y route to commercialization. </pubmed/21781034>

Perkel JM.

Biotechniques. 2011 Jun;50(6):357-63. No abstract available.

PMID:
    21781034

Enjoy,

George
