Dear All--

Responses regarding attachments were varied and for now I think it makes
the most sense to continue not allowing attachments in postings.  The
reasons for this have already been mentioned: to minimize the size of
emails and to avoid spreading viruses.  If there's an image that you
want to make available to the List, put it up on http://www.imgur.com 
(or on your own website), and include the link in your posting.  Imgur
provides free hosting for images; it's easy to use and it allows you to
include a description with the image.

If this doesn't work, let me know and we can reconsider the issue.
