I agree with George, you have to consider the TCO, as it might be significantly different between systems. I recently went through a similar process and purchased the Leica system with ABOS and recently upgraded the MP LASER (Mai Tai) with the deepsee (dispersion compensation) optics. The Leica software in a multiuser core setting has been outstanding as has their service and support.
