Does anybody know whether the new RedDot™<
http://www.biotium.com/?sig=313573289377454> nuclear counterstains can be excited by multiphoton? Maybe in the 890 to 910 nm range. It would be great if we could free up the blue channel in some imaging for an additional label instead of dapi.
Thank you!

RedDot™Far Red Nuclear Counterstains
RedDot™<
http://www.biotium.com/?sig=313573289377454> nuclear counterstains can be excited by a broad range of laser lines, and emit far red fluorescence that is well-separated from other fluorescence detection channels. RedDot dyes are nucleus-specific, and can be detected by fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, or fluorescence microplate reader.
