The user-facing landing page for the latest Bio-Formats is available at https://www.openmicroscopy.org/bio-formats/downloads. This page includes a shortlist of the most common Bio-Formats packages: ImageJ, command-line tools, MATLAB/Octave. Since the release of the new website, the https://downloads.openmicroscopy.org domain now only contain raw listing of all artifacts associated a particular release of Bio-Formats. Does that answer your question or did you have a more specific use case in mind?
