Hello Everyone
    We are planning to label fribronectin(Sigma) with Alexa 647. Our
starting amount is less than 5 micro gram of Fibronectin.
Do anyone of you have a working protocol to follow?

Hi Sunando,

It depends on what assay you are performing, although our lab published a
paper on Molecular and Cellular Biology where we applied a protocol to
monitor the FN remodeling. You can find the paper through:
