Dear Colleagues:

In preparation for the "HCS/HCA Informatics and Data Analysis:  Best
Practices and Unmet Needs Colloquium" which will take place during the
Second Annual Conference of the Society of Biomolecular Imaging &
Informatics, we are gathering information on current practices and
techniques used in automated microscopy, image cytometry and high
content screening (HCS). Specifically, we are interested in the data
processing for 2-D and 3-D image-based phenotypic single-cell screening.

If you use any form of automated microscopy (2-D or 3-D), image
cytometry or high-content screening techniques in your scientific work,
please donate 5 minutes of your valuable time and respond to our short
survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/sbi2-hcs

Thank you very much for your help!

The SBI2 meeting will take place at the Joseph B. Martin Conference
Center (Harvard Medical School) in Boston, MA on September 15-17, 2015.
The Data Analysis Colloquium is planned for September 15th, 3:15pm –
6:00 PM. More information about the event can be found at
http://www.sbi2.org/data-colloquium/

Best regards,

Bartek Rajwa
