Dear colleagues,

I wanted to do a small highlight on a paper we published today:
https://www.nature.com/articles/nmeth.4605

SQUIRREL is a new open-source algorithm for Fiji/ImageJ able to calculate
image quality and resolution for super-resolution microscopy data. It helps
researchers identify defects in their images and guides them on how to
improve. Hopefully SQUIRREL will become one of the basis for
self-optimising super-resolution microscopes in the future.

All the best,
-Ricardo
