Hi,
I am looking for some recommendations for STED antibody pairs or dyes for multi-colour gated-STED imaging.
We have a gated-STED system with a 592 nm depletion laser, as the system is gated we need to use the pulsed laser which in our facility is a super continuum white light laser with a minimum tuneable wavelength of 470 nm.
