Sorry group- not a scope question but one of sample prep. Has anyone out there been able to cytospin cells onto No.1.5 coverslips? I want to do this rather than spin them onto microscope slides, for imaging with either my 60X1.42NA or 100X1.4NA oil objectives. I'm sure I might be able to find a way to stick the slips onto the slide and then cytospin, but I wonder if there is a way to cytospin directly onto coverslip.
