Hi everybody,

We would like to construct a FRET biosensor for intra-vital imaging with a Red donor and Far-Red Acceptor.
Our cells already express GFP and SNAP/Halo-tag technology not possible (brain imaging).

Has anyone experience with FRET in that range of the light spectrum?

Many thanks in advance for your advices,

Very best  regards,

Laurent.
