Dear all,
I was wondering if you could help me to find a decent tool to draw endocytic tools or cell processes? Which software packages are often used and hopefully free to download to draw endosomes, plasmamembrane, proteins, cel organelles, etc?
Examples are Biodraw Ultra, Coreldraw, .. ? Thanks in advance, Dries. -- Dries Vercauteren, PhD student

There are some open source alternatives. in particular
http://www.inkscape.org/ Runs well on linux but is rather quirky on mac; don't know about windows. By all means do not *ever* use a raster graphics program like photoshop. The end-result is usually so bad it can be spotted within a second that you used one of these programs. /Johan sabarinath radhakrishnan wrote: > Dear Dries, > > I am part time meical illustrator and would like to recommend Adobe > Illustrator.
