This year, Microscope Research and Techniques (MRT) is seeking submissions
for a *Special Issue focusing on the Emerging Trends in Deep Tissue
Microscopy, *edited by Tomas Cizmar (Dundee Uni) and Steve Lee (Aust
National Uni). In this special issue, we seek the submission of reports on
new advances in microscopy techniques that are focused on achieving deep
tissue imaging (proof of concept, in-vitro, in-vivo). Novel techniques
include development of new microscopy systems (including long wavelength
lasers, miniature microscope system), new methods in spatial and temporal
light manipulation, design of advanced microendoscopes, and chemical
optical tissue clearing, etc.
The submission deadline is 16 October 2015.
