Quick question...
Do you have any experience working with Spot AX software—an automatic
scanning and image-capturing version of Spot for Cytovision (Applied
Imaging, U.K.)?
If so, can you tell me the pros and cons that you've discovered while using
this software?
Also, do you know of any similar software that utilizes three screens,
mainly: an assay screen, which allows for setting up the criteria for
analysis and the capture of fluorochromes; a scan screen, which
automatically analyzes results by taking photos of each cell and
classifying them according to its spot patten, and a review screen, which
manually checks the automatic scoring results?
In addition, if you know of any reference articles about this or similar
software(s), please pass them on to me for my reference.
