Hi everybody,

We would like to stain DNA in fixed cells after denaturation with HCL, a treatment that breaks the double-strand structure. DAPI works very poorly, we are looking rather for non-intercalating dyes.

Any experience?

Many thanks in advance for your help,

Very best regards,

Laurent.

Feulgen reaction should work, assuming it's not completely chewed up.
