In doing so, I found that the output windows labelled "theta" and "phi" are flipped, where the "theta" window shows the phi angles while the "phi" window shows the theta angles. I confirmed this problem on a stack that is a pair of lines that were then Gaussian blurred. Has anyone else noticed this problem? Also, what would be a good way to let the people who maintain this plugin know? Cheers, Ben Smith Benjamin E. Posting there or on the older imagej listserv would be your best shot at reaching the maintainer(s).
