Hello,

Has anyone used the TagBFP (blue fluorescent protein from Evrogen, www.evrogen.com) as a fusion protein with cellular markers?

I would like to purchase their vector, but it is almost too good to be true. Per the manufacturer’s specification, it is very bright, photostable and pH-independent.

I would really appreciate if someone has worked with this construct.
