Third-party transmitted light bases?

Are there any specialists who make third-party transmitted light bases? I
have a Leica MZ7.5 stereo that we'd like to use with a transmiited base
fitted with 'Hoffman' style illumination. The Leica base to do this is quite
expensive hence the question.
