For people new to immunocytochemistry, I have just published a book “Immunocytochemistry: A Practical Guide for Biomedical Research”. The book explains the steps in the procedure and then gives ways to select a method, decide on labeling system and evaluate the antibodies for an experiment. There are five Cases where problems are presented and solved.
