I wonder if anyone has any experience working with PA-GFP and PA-mCherry with two photon excitation?

Has anyone measured the two photon spectral of these proteins? Do you know the ideal wavelength for activation?

Any information would be appreciated.

You could read

& Hari Shroff1

From Hari Shroff group - who've been doing this for PALM (using 2-photon
excitation) - (I'm not an expert....)

I think he finds that Pamcherry works well

paGFP - not so good (at least for PALM) as too much activation at one go.
But he's a friendly guy and would be happy to answer your questions
