Two-photon activation of Channelrhodopsin

Hello everyone,

I use a laser system with a fixed wavelength at 800 nm. I would like to know if anybody have tried to activate a channelrhodopsin (or an other kind of light-gated channel) with two-photon absorption at that wavelength.
