Dear colleagues,
Do you know of any standard software (either standalone or part of confocal packages) that has an efficient routine for volume measurements from confocal sections? I found one - an ImageJ plugin Volumest (which seems to require a lot of user interaction) - but would like to compile a longer list to reference in a paper. Would appreciate your help!
