A few months ago we hosted a demo of the VT-iSIM and were very impressed with the speed and resolution for cell culture work.
However, we did not get a chance to work with embryos and larvae and would very much like to hear (offline?)
any experiences with longer term imaging and how you found this compares with low light spinning disk.
