This is a shot in the dark and apologies, this is not a confocal question however this list does give access to many imaging facility staff members!
I'm trying to setup PerkinElmer Volocity software to run a Physik instruments lens pifoc collar (model E-662 LVPZT) on a Windows 7 64bit machine.
Has anyone got this setup and been able to control the pifoc correctly through volocity on a PC? I can control the pifoc to define a z stack but when i go to record the z stack the pifoc won't move through the z range and the software essentially crashes.
