Professor Daniel Schwartz from University of Colorado Boulder is presenting his work on using Double Helix PSF Engineering for multiplexed tracking of over 10,000s single-molecule/single-particle trajectories in complex 3D environments. Through this work, Schwartz has been able to unlock fundamental insights linking microscopic pore-scale mechanisms to macroscopic transport.
Join us to learn about the dynamic behavior of molecules and nanoparticles in confined environment and single molecule imaging is used to study such behaviors.

This presentation is part of Double Helix Optics' Advanced Techniques Webinar Series.
