Hi, All,
I wanted to let the listserve know that I will be giving a free webinar on Wednesday morning, entitled “Five steps for publication-quality immunohistochemistry imaging” on behalf of Thermo Fisher Scientific. See link below for sign-up.
If any of you have members in your lab who are new to IHC, this presentation will go over the protocol, starting at embedding, running through tissue fixation, embedding and sectioning, perm, antigen retrieval, autofluorescence, blocking, primary and secondary detection, mounting, imaging hardware and software, and even a slide on imaging ethics. Troubleshooting tips throughout, including “bad” vs. “good” images, and useful links to online tools.
The presentation runs for an hour and will have chat questions answered. It will also be available as a recording afterward.
