Hi folks,
I'm jerry rigging one of Zeiss' spot bleaching macros (bleach.lvb for zeiss lsm 510 re3.2) to suit myself but I'm having trouble with a way to switch between my laser lines. I would like to choose the laser line to do the bleaching by a drop down menu box. For now the bleaching is done by whatever laser is used to scan prior to running the macro. I would be extremely grateful if someone were to be able to suggest a way fora bleaching laser line to be user defined, even though an initial scan prior to running the macro is not with the laser line chosen for bleaching. If you do not know an answer to this specifically, perhaps you know of a macro that features a drop down menu box for choosing between laser lines, in which case it would be helpful if I could look through the code to see if I can use anything.
