Dear all
I was wondering if someone can help me with the following issue.
We have a dual boot system on our computer in place. One side is
equipped with Stereoinvestigator and Neurolucida from mbf. The other
side is equipped with Zeiss Zen. We have a ludl stage controlled through
a MAC 6000. On the mbf installation the stage works perfectly fine and
can be controlled through the software without problem but on the Zeiss
side we get initialization errors because of axis time out. We don't
mange to get that stage properly running under Zen.
There are some configuration setting in the MAC 6000 controller but also
in the MTB of Zeiss. It's mainly about speed and acceleration. In
addition the stage also has some end switches which can be adjusted. We
think that it is a matter of the proper configuration/ combination of
these settings but don't know how it should be set.
Does anybody also use a ludl stage with Zen and would you mind sending
me a screenshot of the MAC 6000 and the MTB configuration? Any other
tips are of course also highly appreciated.
