We are unable to buy more Zeiss AiryScan oil.
Earlier this week Zeiss said that that the oil is unavailable and they would get back to us with more info. We have sent emails and left phone messages asking for an estimate of if or when it will be shipped from Germany, but have not gotten any response.
Therefore, we are seeking an alternative.
Has anybody evaluated alternative oil for the Zeiss AiryScan? Although the oil is specifically for 30 degrees C, we also have gotten good results at 37 degrees for live cell work. Regardless, we would be very appreciative of any information regarding alternative products to the Zeiss brand oil that would give us AiryScan results.
Best regards-
