Hello everyone,
I am interested in detecting apoptosis in cultured Drosophila neuron dissected from the 3rd
instar larvae. I have found several methods to stain for apoptosis using antibodies for
cleaved caspase 3 and cleaved caspase 9, Hoechst 33342, and several apoptosis kits.
Before purchasing antibodies or stains, I am curious about the success people have had for
staining for apoptosis.
