Dear All
Based on PerkinElmer Spinning disk manual, there are 2 ways to set up
autofocus. 1, based on image-contrast, 2 use additional contraption to detect
the cover slip surface. I am wondering whether anybody tried to detect glass
surface without additional contraption. I can set up a configuration to detect the
reflected laser light, but I have no way to set up the focus position based on the
image intensity.
