Hello,

I am on a hunt for 200-300nm beads with nice broad emission in the range of
430-600nm...  thoughts?  (my excitation source is flexible (tunable))

You could try Tetraspeck microspheres from Invitrogen (T7280). These have 4 dyes in them across the emission range you require.
