Does anyone knows what is the success of using caged-compounds (usually for
355 nm) with a 405 nm laser line?

Hi Jessica,

We've tried several caged-fluorophores(caged-rhodamine,caged-Cy3,etc.)
with our standard 405 equipped on FV1000. And it does work well.
