Dear all,
Does anybody have experience in combining multi photon imaging with a resonating scanner ? We have both items separated on two SP5, and considering the kind of imaging conditions we get with each feature, we are a little bit frightened that the result of combining both on one machine would be a catastrophe... Any help would be highly appreciated Thanks, JC Olaya -- Jean-Christophe Olaya Biotechnologisches Zentrum der TU Dresden Light Microscopy Facility Tatzberg 47-51 01307 Dresden Germany email: [hidden email] Tel: +49 351 463-40230 Fax: +49 351 463-40038 |

We're building one now; it's a semi-custom scan head from Thor labs attached to an Olympus microscope. I'll let you know how it goes; should be working in a couple months we hope...

Dear JC, I have recently been using a Leica resonant scanner &
2-Photon at the BIOP facility, EPFL in Lausanne http://biop.epfl.ch/page57802.html
and was very impressed with its performance (no commercial interest). Cheers, jens From: Confocal Microscopy
