Hi all,

We are developing 3d super-resolution microscopes in 100~150 nm axial resolution range. I had a hard time in finding some 3D commercial fluorescent samples as the ground truth objects for testing our imaging system. Here are some specs of fluorescent samples that we would like to buy:

- Dots/Lines with known separation about 100-200 nm in Z dimension
- Not weak fluorescence since high SNR is required for computing super-resolution

I know Gatta-Quant sell a 3D sample with two dots separated by 90nm in the axial dimension. However, it is a bit too small for us to resolve with the given brightness (10000 photons per dot). Also we do not have the tools/equipment to fold DNA to certain shapes in 3d so we basically rely on commercially prepared samples.

Any idea of where I could buy some bright ground-truth fluorescent samples from?

Thank you very much.

or ask Argolight to make structure(s) to your specifications.
