Listers,
We are hosting in-house demonstrations of Leica, Nikon, Olympus, and
Zeiss laser-scanning confocal systems (spot scanners, not
slit-scanners), *not* multi-photon.
I would like information on people's experiences with service and
support from these companies for their systems. Not about the systems
themselves, other than reliability in a core, multi-user facility.
"Just" service and support. Off-line replies welcome, no vendor
replies, please.
